Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the LITOU app (“the App”), which is provided by:

By downloading, registering for, and using the App, you accept these Terms.
2. The Service
The App provides a matchmaking service that enables businesses and candidates to match based on industry, profile type, employment type, values and causes, employment terms, and distance. Once matched, they may initiate a dialogue and arrange the next steps directly.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

The App offers paid features and subscription plans.
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK), exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Payment is made using the payment methods available within the App.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least one (1) month before the start of the next billing period.
Subscriptions may be cancelled through the support function available directly within the App.
5. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal, as the user receives immediate access to the digital service upon purchase.
However, within 14 days of purchase, one type of subscription may be exchanged for another subscription type.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content, are owned by LITOU or its licensors.

When users upload content to the App:
They retain ownership of their content.
They grant LITOU a non-exclusive licence to display, process, and store the content as necessary to provide the service.
Illegal, infringing, or offensive content is prohibited. Please refer to our Community Guidelines for further information.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LITOU shall not be liable for:
LITOU’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and LITOU’s Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and request portability of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Material changes will be communicated through the App.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. The customer may always bring proceedings before the competent court in their own jurisdiction within Denmark.
