Making Decisions as a Business

Do you know the feeling?

There are so many

Choices to make

Every single day

Kids to be dropped off and picked up again

Groceries to be bought

Meals to be planned and prepared for

Not to mention coming up with ideas for what to cook

There are  also hobbies and friends to keep up with

And then I haven’t even mentioned work yet

And all the decisions you have to make there

The same applies when you’re inviting candidates for interviews based on a huge stack of applications

Wouldn’t it be great

If the right candidates

Could just find their way to your business

All by themselves?

Now, they can

But for us to know which candidates you’re looking for

We need to know a bit more about you and your preferences

All you have to do

Is simply making a few easy choices

As easy as that

Read more about your options here:

Industry

You need to select the industry your company operates in if you want candidates to be matched with your sector. For some candidates, working in a specific industry is a major priority. In addition, certain educational qualifications are tailored to particular industries. In these cases, the app will be able to filter out candidates who do not have the required qualification

Employment Type

You need to select the types of employment you offer candidates. It would be unfortunate to go through the entire recruitment process with the perfect candidate, only to discover, at the end of the day, that they are only interested in part-time work. Equally important, this also allows you to demonstrate your commitment to social sustainability by offering employees with reduced work capacity, seniors or graduates

Profile Type

You need to select the profile types that are already employed within your company or department, as these are the roles you may be recruiting in the future. It would be a waste of time for both parties if, for instance, you were matched with a bookkeeper when your bookkeeping function has been outsourced or is handled by a different department

Working Conditions

You should select the employment benefits and working conditions you offer, such as remote work, a lunch scheme, or other perks that may attract candidates who value a well-structured and supportive workplace. It’s also an excellent way to demonstrate that you value your employees. Successful companies depend on skilled and trusted people, so providing good working conditions and taking care of your employees is essential

Key Priorities

You should select the causes and values that your company supports to help attract candidates who share the same interests and priorities. This increases the likelihood of finding a strong match. It also gives you the opportunity to showcase the positive initiatives your company is taking – for both your employees and in areas such as sustainability and social responsibility

Location

When creating your profile, you will be asked to enter your company address. This is a required field because the system uses it to calculate the distance between your workplace and each candidate. You will also be asked to specify the maximum commuting distance you consider acceptable for a candidate. If the commute is too long, there is a greater risk that the candidate may become dissatisfied with the daily travel. Candidates make the same selection by specifying how far they are willing to commute. If both maximum commuting distances are compatible, and all the other match criteria are present, a match will be made.
