How to get the Right Number of Matches
Getting too many or too few matches?
Well, that’s actually something you can do something about
Read on and I’ll explain

It’s not the easiest question to answer,
But I’ll give it a shot anyway
Imagine you’re in a bar,
Looking at someone who is REALLY attractive
If you’re not single,
Then imagine you’re shopping for apples at the supermarket
If you are single (or buying apples),
There are two possible scenarios:
“Wow, there are hardly any attractive people (or apples) here”
“Oh wow, there are so many attractive people (or apples) to choose from”
Anyways, the point is this:
You can either be surrounded by attractive people (or apples)
Or they can be few and far between
Or all the attractive people are already taken
And the only ones left are the people nobody else wanted
(Or who is just not a match)
Or all the apples are bruised
And look like they’ve been used as footballs by the supermarket stock boy
No offense to stock boys
They probably get bored at work sometimes too
Which is exactly why
They should be looking for another job…

There can be both too many
and too few
And here’s the point
Whether you’re looking for a partner
or apples for your fruit bowl
It all comes down to
how picky you are, or
Which mindset you choose to match on
And this is where
You actually have a choice
You can adjust the number of matches you get yourself
Depending on
How narrow your preferences are
Or whether you have any preferences at all
And simply say YES to everything
So if the number of matches doesn’t feel right
(Too many or too few),
Go back and review the choices you made
When you created your profile
How many boxes you’ll need to tick
Or untick
To get the exact right number of matches
I can’t tell you
It depends entirely on
How many companies and candidates
There are within your category
So experiment a bit
Until you’re happy
And you’re getting exactly the number of matches
That suits you
Can’t remember
How many choices you made
Or even that you made any choices at all?
Don’t worry about it
Everything is saved in your profile
You can change your selections there
If you’ve changed your mind
In fact,
You can even completely redesign your profile
Although, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that
